MIMWAL workflow not showing even after successful installation of MIMWAL on MIM 2016 Sp2

Question

We have deployed MIM 2016 SP2 (3 servers), One MIM Service & Portal, One MIM Synchronization Server and one SQL server keeping all these 3 databases of MIM.

Windows server Version - 2022

MIM version - MIM 2016 SP2

SharePoint 2019

SQL 2022

We have a Non-Prod MIM server already ( 2 servers (MIM Service & Portal and Sync server) where MIMWAL successfully installed and deployed with all configuration in the portal and connectors.

I have tried below 2 options to install MIMWAL,

1.

Copied all the files which was compiled on the Non prod

Generated new WAL.SNK

Rebuild the solution on VS 2015

sign.cmd, register.ps1 from solutionoutput folder

2.

Copied all the files which was compiled on the Non prod

Used exiting WAL.SNK from the one already generated on Non-Prod

Rebuild the solution on VS 2015

sign.cmd, register.ps1 from solutionoutput folder

3.

Downloaded the new source code

Downloaded these DLLs from below links

• Microsoft.IdentityManagement.WebUI.Controls.dll
• Microsoft.IdentityManagement.WFExtensionInterfaces.dll
• Microsoft.ResourceManagement.dll
• Microsoft.ResourceManagement.WorkflowContract.dll

Copies of the following .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 SDK utilities:

• gacutil.exe
• sn.exe

Copied the DLLs on respective folders

Generated the new WAL.snk

Rebuild the solution from VS 2015

sign.cmd

Register.ps1 -PortalSiteName "MIM Portal"

Using above 3 options, custom workflows does not showing in the Portal - workflows - create new one - Does not show the custom ones.

also tried running the UpdateworkflowXoml.ps1 on above 3 actions and did not worked.

Please please help me to suggest if anything we are missing and what we would need to resolve?
