Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:
- Wait for a few minutes: It takes around 15 minutes to discover servers running on a vCenter server. If the servers don’t appear in the portal, wait a few minutes and try again.
- Refresh Services: Select Overview in the Azure Migrate: Discovery and assessment. Under Manage, select Appliances. Select Refresh services. Wait for the refresh operation to finish. You should now see up-to-date information.
- Check Permissions: If you’re discovering VMware servers, verify that the vCenter account you specified has permissions set correctly, with access to at least one VMo and at least one VM.
- Restart the DRA service: If you’re using Hyper-V, you might need to restart the DRA service on the Hyper-V host.
If the problem persists, I recommend contacting Microsoft Support for further assistance. They should be able to provide more specific guidance based on your system configuration.
