appliance auto update status showing error in azure migrate agent

We installed the Azure Migrate Agent in a Physical Server Windows 2019 to analyze the data.

We followed the steps as mentioned in the Documentation and reached till Register the application server part. Agent got successfully installed and verified the Keys. But encountered the attached error during the configuration of Appliance Auto Update status.

We are using a proxy server , and whitelisted all the Public Cloud URLs Microsoft mentioned in the article

But still it show

Discovery Agent Failed

Collector Agent Failed

DRA Agent Failed

Could someone guide us how to move forward? We tried rerunning it couple of times , but without any success.

Encountering errors during the configuration of the Azure Migrate Appliance could be due to various reasons, including network connectivity issues, proxy server configuration, or permissions. Please try the troubleshooting steps mentioned below:

Network Connectivity and Proxy Configuration:

Ensure that the physical server where the Azure Migrate Agent is installed has proper network connectivity to the Azure Migrate Appliance.

Verify that the proxy server settings are correctly configured on the physical server.

Double-check the firewall settings to ensure that traffic is allowed between the physical server and the Azure Migrate Appliance.

Proxy Whitelisting:

Confirm that all necessary URLs for Azure Migrate are whitelisted in the proxy server settings. These URLs may include authentication endpoints, API endpoints, and update endpoints.

Ensure that there are no restrictions or filtering policies on the proxy server that could block communication with Azure services.

Appliance Auto-Update Configuration:

If the error occurs specifically during the configuration of Appliance Auto Update status, verify that the Azure Migrate Appliance has proper permissions to connect to the internet and download updates.

Check if there are any restrictions on outbound internet access from the Azure Migrate Appliance that could prevent it from reaching the necessary update endpoints.

Check the Azure Migrate appliance logs: Check the logs on the Azure Migrate appliance to see if there are any errors or issues. You can access the logs by logging in to the Azure portal and going to the Azure Migrate project.

Check the Azure Migrate Agent logs: Check the logs on the server where the Azure Migrate Agent is installed to see if there are any errors or issues. You can access the logs by going to the installation directory of the Azure Migrate Agent.
