    Hi @TA.Saurabh.Singh ,

It sounds like there might be an issue with the search service or the search configuration in SharePoint. Please try follow steps to troubleshoot the issue:

    1. Check the Search Service Application: Make sure the Search Service Application is running properly. Go to Central Administration > Application Management > Manage service applications, and check the status of the Search Service Application.
    2. Verify the Content Sources: Ensure that the content sources are properly configured and that a full crawl has been completed successfully. Go to the Search Service Application > Content Sources and verify the settings.
    3. Review Crawl Logs: Check the crawl logs for any errors that might indicate what is causing the problem. Go to the Search Service Application > Crawl Log and look for any errors or warnings.
    4. Test the Search Query: Use the Search Query Tool available in the SharePoint Central Administration to test if the search query is returning results.
    5. Check Permissions: Make sure that the affected user has the necessary permissions to access the content that should be returned in search results.
    6. Reset the Search Index: If none of the above steps work, you may need to reset the search index and perform a full crawl. Note that this can be a time-consuming process and should be done during off-peak hours.

Remember to perform these actions with the appropriate administrative permissions and during a time that minimizes the impact on users. If the issue persists, you may need to check the SharePoint logs for more detailed error messages.

    Have a nice day! :-)
