It looks like you have already tried most of the troubleshooting steps, but try the following and see if it helps:
- Issue a Reconnect Command: If your server was previously connected and working, use the
azcmagent
tool to issue a reconnect command. This is useful if the server has been turned off (for more than 45 days) and its local certificate has expired, but the machine still appears in Azure. - Verify the Guest Configuration Arc Service (GCArcService) is Running: If you have a monitoring agent extension deployed, you can check the logs on the resource blade. If the agent(s) are online, the heartbeat table should display activity.
