I am using a domain account and, as per company policy, I cannot create a local account. Additionally, I am unable to access the User Account Control (UAC) window to add or remove programs on this system.

Could you please provide assistance with this issue?

    Hello,

In a corporate network where when you log in with a domain account, it's possibly Domain Group Policies has been in effect. These policies are set by the network's administrators to maintain consistency, security, and compliance across all devices connected to the domain.

You can review the output of gpresult /r in CMD, there will be detailed report show the applied Group Policy settings.

Group Policy dictates what users can install, access, or modify, ensuring adherence to organizational standards for security and productivity. For instance, Group Policy might restrict access to certain applications to prevent unauthorized usage or to maintain compliance with software licensing agreements.

As the error message suggests, the first step should be to reach out to your IT department or system administrator. Explain the situation and ask if they can either grant you access to the program or provide an explanation for why it's blocked. They might have alternative software suggestions or can whitelist the program for your use if it's deemed appropriate.
