Event Grid Connector Setup: Concierge Subscription missing from Subscription Selection Menu

The only selection in the list of subscriptions is my own subscription and not the Concierge Subscription.
As you can see in the setup of the event grid connector the settings are linked to the correct subscription and resource group but this does not appear in the selection menu above
The resources are also in the correct regions and both the LogicApp and Event Grid is in the same resource group.
