How to fix Visual Studio starting problem ?

Hello, I have had this problem for several days, I uninstalled everything, cleaned the registry manually and the problem still persists. How to deal with it? I am sending the Log and a screenshot of the error.

Please manually delete or rename the following folder and re-run your VS as administrator:

%localappdata%\.Identityservice

In default, it is located at C:\Users\xxxx\AppData\Local\.IdentityService. (If you can’t find the AppData folder, it may be hidden.)

You can try to launch your Visual Studio 2022 in Safe Mode (run devenv /SafeMode in Developer Command Prompt for VS 2022) and check that the vs is opened properly.
