Cannot get a query to work on Azure Bing Search

I have all the correct permissions but I cannot get an azure bing entity search to work on my user id.

- Could you please confirm if you are able to create a new Bing Resource ?
Also confirm if you are encountering the below error while creating a new Bing resource ?
Bing resources are suspended for the subscription.
