How to unstick a column?

In all of my SharePoint lists the first column has become "stuck" and does not side scroll any longer with the rest of the data. The column also now has a small T in a box next to the column name which I assume is related. I can't seem to find out any information by web searching so I ask here.

How do I undo this?

    Hi @David F,

    The small T icon is normal. It indicates this is a text column. If you open your SharePoint lists using another browser, will this issue persist?
