Unfortunately we are only able to address technical issues here on Microsoft Q&A--billing issues would require a billing support ticket.
- You will never receive an invoice for a free trial. These subscriptions would first need to be upgraded to pay-as-you-go to be billed, so account security may be a concern here, especially if billing is reporting that a refund allowance has already been met. Secure your account with multi-factor authentication.
- Azure Sales is a great resource for guidance on new Azure services but billing is the correct channel for resolving billing issues.
- If you are unable to use your closed subscription to create a support ticket, you can try the phone support numbers or try creating a new subscription (secured with multi-factor authentication) to create a ticket.
