Impossible to get support - cancelled subscription - refund request

We had a free trial. Then recieved an invoice, for a subscription that is cancelled.

Azure support won't allow you to create a case about a cancelled subscription, this then tells you to log this with Services Hub. Services Hub says go to Azure. It's impossible to log a formal support ticket.

I have also tried via Billing to request an immediate refund and that says I've reached my allowance - having never requested a refund before and create a support case. However as above there is no way I can create a support case.

I contacted Sales, saying I'm stuck and hugely frustrated trying to get a refund - they gave me their emails to follow it up - I've sent 12 emails chasing them and heard nothing.

This is beyond frustrating and the fact that Microsoft have baked into all this so many blockers to prevent you logging a case when Microsoft have made a mistake illegal in my view. It's impossible to speak to anyone that can actually support us with this issue from April this year.

Any one got any ideas or more to the point anyone from Microsoft with any sort of authority to actually get this resolved????

    Hello, @Matt Moran !

Unfortunately we are only able to address technical issues here on Microsoft Q&A--billing issues would require a billing support ticket.
