Cannot start "Identity Validation" under Trusted Signing Account

I just created a "Trusted Signing Account" in Azure. When I go to the "Identity Validations" section, the "New Identity" button is disabled. There is a message underneath that reads, "You are unauthorized to view these contents."

How can I start using this service?

Never mind. You have to add the "Trusted Signing Identity" role to your own user account (this despite having the "Service Administrator" role). Once this role is assigned, you can then create a new Identity validation.
