Issues in OMML Editor with Tracked Changes

In Windows 11, word 2010, when we use tracked changes in OMML editor, "Final" and "Accept Tracked Changes" often do not behave correctly within the OMML editor.

  1. This is Final: Show Markup. User's image
  2. This is Final: User's image
  3. This is Accept tracked changes: User's image Here, "Final" and "Accept tracked changes" should be almost similar. But OMML editor incorrectly display.

Could you please advise on this?

    Please note Microsoft has stopped the support of Office 2010. We have no test environment.

    I personally suggest you delete the first part of your equation.
