Unexpected charges on Firewall and VPN

Hi - a couple of months ago we setup a virtual network with VPN and Firewall to begin some testing. The subscription estimate was quite low but we have now received billing significantly higher. The service has not even been used. I am trying to contact someone to dispute the billing but we just keep going around in circles trying to raise a ticket which refers us back to troubleshooting guides. Can anyone provide a direct contact to Azure billing support. Thanks.

    Hi @JasonP ,

    the best option might be to open a support case with Microsoft Azure support for clarification.

    Azure Billing and Subscription support is offered by Microsoft by no cost and it's for free.

    The "trick" is: Click on Return to support request in the page with the troubleshooting guides. This way you should be able to submit the support request.
