Renewal of MS-203: Messaging Administrator Associate

Good day Support,

I would like to find out how to proceed with the renewal of my Microsoft 365 Certified: Messaging Administrator Associate credentials as I am unable to perform the renewal at this time.
I took the exam on 18 December 2023, understanding that the expiry for the exam was at 31 December 2023.
As per your own info segment on the renewal page, the renewal will still be avilable until end of June 2024, see attached image. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-gb/credentials/certifications/m365-messaging-administrator/renew/

As per the certification page if I wrote the exam before it expired I will be valid for the Certificate for one year. I believe that I will also be able to renew the certificate within 6 months of renewal. I am now at 5 months, 28 days before my certification expires, and also before the end date of the renewal window.

As all is correct from the look of things, why I am not able to start the renewal of the certification at this time?

Please advise on the way forward.
