S2S Azure VPN to Windows Server RRAS not able to see server ip address on VM

I followed this step by step guide, https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/vpn-gateway/tutorial-site-to-site-portal

The RRAS connection says connected and the Azure connection says connected and there is data in/out.
However My VM on Azure cannot see the ip address of my windows server of 192.168.0.48 and my windows server cannot see my Azure VM 10.1.0.4.
Other than the steps in the article is there something else I need to do?

From the Azure VM , Can you please check the NIC Effective Routes?

How to : View details of a route

And can you confirm if the OnPremises Address range is visible and nextHop is showing as VNET Gateway?

Share the Screenshot

Make sure NSGs/UDRs are not blocking access to the Azure VM,

Use IP Flow Verify or NSG diagnostics to test this

Run the above and share the results as screenshot

Also, please make sure all the configurations from the OnPrem RRAS is correct as well and all OnPrem servers are routing properly to the RRAS
