How can I determine the cause of the "Failed to save logic app: Encountered internal server error"?

Hello,

I have a Logic App that works correctly, but I cannot modify it. Any change, even changing a comment in an activity, results in an error: "Failed to save logic app. Encountered internal server error."

Things I have tried without success:

1. Re-authenticated the two connections currently used by the workflow.
2. Moved the Logic Apps to another resource group.

Has anyone experienced something similar?
