Azure Lab ( Template and Labs) fail to start up or takes 10+ min to start up

Question

I have a couple of labs, and have noticed that start up time for these labs are quite long, they use to take only a couple of minutes but now takes up to 10+ minutes.

I noticed that the labs are also failing to start up caused by The Orchestration failed to complete within the expected time limit.

Is there a solution to solve the failure message?
Is there any recommendation to keep start up time for labs/template fast? or what would cause them to slow down?

Why are my Azure Lab Services labs now taking longer to start or are running into errors?
