Hello, I have the following problem:

Your account or subscription is disabled for security reasons.

We detected suspicious activity or terms of use violations and disabled your subscription to protect the owner of the payment instrument and Microsoft. If you believe this is an error, continue to submit a support ticket with the security team to review the decision.

I suspect it's because the name for the billing address was transferred from my Outlook account back then. However, it only contained the initial and a period for my last name.

I started using Azure yesterday, and shortly after I successfully began making OpenAI requests, they started failing.

In the Azure Portal, I was then shown the above message.

My main problem now is that I can't find a way to reach someone from support.

The global phone numbers lead to a phone bot that directs me to aka.ms/prosupport.

Once there, I start creating a ticket, but when selecting Azure, I'm shown that there's a customized solution for Azure support.

I end up back in the Azure Portal and start the process there. However, it always ends with the message:

Your account or subscription is disabled for security reasons.

We detected suspicious activity or terms of use violations and disabled your subscription to protect the owner of the payment instrument and Microsoft. If you believe this is an error, continue to submit a support ticket with the security team to review the decision.

This message states that I should continue to submit a support ticket to the security team.

However, there's no point where one can continue. This means I'm in a loop that I can't get out of, and there's no way to reach anyone.

I've seen other entries here with the same problem. Microsoft employees always pointed out the way through the portal or via the global phone numbers.

This doesn't help me because I always end up at the aforementioned message.

Please tell me how I can get help here. I urgently need the ability to run OpenAI models in European regions and actually wanted to migrate from AWS to Azure.

Thank you in advance.
