Ensure that your system is up to date with the latest Windows updates. Start > Settings > Windows Update.
Perform a full system scan with your antivirus to rule out the possibility of malware causing high RAM usage.
Background Processes: Open Task Manager and check for any background processes that might be consuming a lot of memory. You can sort the processes by memory usage to identify the culprits.
