Every time I try to access the "Downloads" tab on Windows Explorer, it crashes. I've attempted to fix the issue by running DISM Scan and SFC Scan, but it still persists. I've also searched for solutions that suggest optimizing the tab's properties by right-clicking, but doing so causes Explorer to crash as well. What else could be causing this issue and how can I resolve it? This never happened before and this only started happening 2 days ago.
