    As a global admin, you should have the necessary permission to access alert policies in Microsoft Defender. Kindly ensure that the global admin role is correctly assigned and that you are using the correct account to access the Microsoft Defender portal. You may also try and clear your browser cache or try accessing the portal in an incognito/private browsing window.
    If the issue persists you may need to log an issue on support for further investigation.
