Check if the token used for authentication has expired. You may need to refresh or renew the token.

Ensure the environment variables for your credentials are set correctly. For example, if using a service principal, make sure AZURE_CLIENT_ID, AZURE_TENANT_ID, and AZURE_CLIENT_SECRET are properly set.

Verify that the identity has the necessary role assignments to access the resource.

For above comment which token are you asking to check.How & where to refresh or renew that.

As I understand, you are getting Failed To Retrieve error in Azure Cosmos DB having Managed Identity.

Could you please check the configuration of Managed Identity done for the Azure Cosmos DB, verify if correct.

Also, share config details of your DB, what steps you have performed and how, error screenshot etc so that we can understand better.
