Azure portal--> Cost Management + Billing --> Cost Analysis.
In the top left, select the scope you want to analyze, such as your billing account, management group, or subscription.
Add Filters:
- Click on Add filter and select Subscription to filter by subscription.
- Click on Add filter again and select Service to filter by service.
Group by Subscription and Service:
- In the Group by dropdown, select Subscription and Service.
- This will group your costs by subscription and service, allowing you to see the monthly breakdown.
Customize the View:
- You can further customize the view by selecting different Visualization options, such as Chart or Table.
- Adjust the Time range to view costs for the desired period, such as the last 12 months.
Save the View:
- Once you have the view set up the way you want, you can save it by clicking on the Save as button in the top right.
- Give the view a meaningful name, such as "Monthly Costs by Subscription & Service", and it will be available for you to use in the future.
Optinally, you can also set up cost alerts to monitor when spending reaches a certain threshold. Go to cost alerts under cost Management and set up a new alert with your desired criteria
