    1. Run ipconfig /all on the server to check its network configuration.
    2. Use tracert to identify where the connection fails.
    3. Ensure the server's firewall isn't blocking incoming connections on the required ports.
    4. Temporarily disable the firewall to test if it's the cause.

    Check the IP address by using "nslookup <servername>" and confirm if it matches your IP.
