i purchased a Support Plan and there's no way of accessing it, nor any phone numbers. I need help - this is new to me.

Thank you for your response. I've done that. However, I purchased a $100/month service plan and don't know how to get ahold of anyone that can help me from the gound up. Can you please provide me with some contact information on where/how I contact a live person at Microsoft Azure? Thanks again.
