I've updated the region of my billing account in 365, and it was accepted. However, when I try to use Azure, it still displays my previous country's region. It's grayed out and I can't change it. Could you please help me resolve this issue?

    Hi PS,

Just based on your comment (with no response), yes indeed, you must create another tenant (this includes Office 365) to change your country. Then you can have O365/Azure help you migrate to your new tenant.

    Hello PS,

    Thanks for your question.

Changing the country or region for an existing account isn't supported. However, you can work around this issue when you can create a new account in a different country or region and then contact Azure support to transfer your subscription to the new account.
