Hi support,

i passed my exam az - 400 but only show passed status and not certification.

can you please help how i get my certification after passed the exam.

I completely understand the importance of your exam result as this is a proof of your hard work and determination. Allow me to provide you with further information on how you can get your score report.

Please be advised, your score report should be available in your profile 24-48 hours after completing an exam. You can view or download your score report using the email address you used when you registered for your exam, just as you id when you took your exam.

Sign into your Microsoft Learn profile. In the photo avatar drop-down menu, choose "***Profile" ***and then choose "Certifications."

Scroll to the section titled “Past exams” and find the exam for which you’d like to view results. Select “View details on provider site” to be taken to the exam provider’s dashboard.

In Pearson VUE, locate the exam for which you wish to view the score report, then select the “View” button.

Hi Josip,

thanks for your quik response. I have found the score report on the provider site. I want to share my passed exam on linkedin, and now do not now how to do this.

Ok i have already an account on this site, but after logging i dont see badges i earned after passing this exam on credly platform.

Hi Fevzi,

How long ago did you pass your exam? Please consider that there needs to be 24-48 hours after your exam so you receive a badge/confirmation of it via e-mail and the Credly platform.

ok, try to go login to credly, click on the "profile" in your upper right corner, and "settings".

After that click on "organizations" and select if the toggle is on next to "Microsoft". If not, enable it, so you can receive badges automatically on Credly, and after that you'll be able to post your certificates on Linkedin.

yes this already enabled and post on the past several MS badges. Maybe MS can investigate what is wrong here in my transcript.

Hi, is there any update? Why do i not get the certification after passed this exam? i see only passed exams on my profile but not certification....
