How to delete or change data usage

I want to ask a question about Net Usage, namely where the data is saved and whether it can be changed. When deleting sru from System32 - the network information is completely cleared, but when saving all files from sru, and moving it to another computer or the current one - the data will be empty. For example, is it possible to change or delete data about a particular Net Usage application, while keeping data about other applications**?**
