Azure has billed me though i have never used it

I received the email of payment due, I suspect my account was hacked, I've changed my passwords and enabled 2FA since then. When i click to view the invoice it takes me to azure and an invoice of USD. 2226.96 is pending.

    From your post I understand that you were billed though you never used the cloud (Azure services). This needs to be looked investigated by Azure billing and subscription management team and perform billing validation of your Azure account to help further with waiving (refund) of the bill.

    Since this is a billing refund request, we would not be able to help you much through this platform. I strongly recommend you reach out to Azure billing and subscription management team by raising a support request.     FYI: Azure Billing and Subscription Management support is included in the Basic Support Plan without any charge.
