How to save the current SSRS Report Manager brand into a default brand package, or tweak just 1 setting

I just want to make one change on the current SSRS Report Manager branding. I don't want to replace everything. I just want to make the item listing's text font darker. One change.

Otherwise, how do I download the current branding, or is the default branding for SSRS 2016 available?

The only supported way of changing the branding in the current SSRS is to create a branding package. The instructions and starter file are here. To make the font darker you can change the default font-weight darker. However unless all the other styling use relative weight from the base font (rare) then it won't really work.

An alternative approach is to change the default font to something that is more readable to you.
