Has anyone successfully implemented the Windows 11 23H2 Security Baseline from the MSCT along side tools like Ivanti AppSense?

We're currently rolling out Windows 11 23H2 to our users, and a part of that process we wanted to implement a standard security baseline and we chose Microsoft's as a start. Through this process we've run into issues with app functionality, specifically Ivanti AppSense. We use Intune AutoPilot to create machines and that's where we push down the AppSense Deployment Agent (2024.1). That Agent is then supposed to grab the other Ivanti agents and configurations and make changes to the machine, but it never gets the other agents or configurations and it never shows up in the AppSense console. WE deploy the Security Baseline through a combination of both Intune and Group Policy. We also experience some errors at the Windows login screen which I copied below.

We of course also have a support ticket open with Ivanti because it's their product, but from the Microsoft side, I was hoping someone would have some advice as to what in the security baseline could be blocking the functionality.

Errors:

  1. "Windows couldn't connect to the EmSysNotify service. "
  2. "Windows couldn't connect to the EmPolicy service. Please consult your system administrator."
