I am writing to seek assistance regarding two issues I am encountering with Azure Data Factory Integration Runtime setup.

Express setup
Internal Server Error: Whenever I attempt to select "Option 2: Manual setup" and proceed to "Step 1: Download and install integration runtime" in Azure Data Factory, I consistently encounter an "Internal Server Error." This prevents me from progressing with the setup. This issue are hindering my ability to set up the necessary integration runtime for Azure Data Factory, and I kindly request your guidance and assistance in resolving them at your earliest convenience.

There seems to have been a general issue with download.microsoft.com today, but at least some downloads seems to be working now, so try again.
