    Hello,

To troubleshoot the discrepancy between the SCCM client showing the status as compliant but patches not installing or appearing in the Software Center, you can follow these steps:

    1. Verify the SCCM client health: Ensure that the SCCM client is functioning correctly on the server. Check if the client is communicating with the SCCM server and receiving policy updates.
    2. Check the deployment status: Review the deployment status of the patches in SCCM. Verify if the patches are targeted to the correct collection and deployment settings are configured properly.
    3. Validate the client machine requirements: Ensure that the client machine meets the requirements for installing the updates. Check the hardware, software, and other prerequisites for the patches.
    4. Review the Software Update Point Configuration: Ensure that the Software Update Point (SUP) is correctly configured and that the clients can communicate with it. Check the LocationServices.log on the client to confirm it can find the SUP.
    5. Troubleshoot client-side issues: If the above steps do not resolve the issue, you may need to troubleshoot client-side issues. This can include checking the Windows Update settings, verifying the client's connectivity to the SCCM server, and reviewing client logs for any errors.

    Best Regards,

    Hania Lian
