    Hello,

Thank you for posting in Q&A forum.

Based on your description, here are some common troubleshooting steps you can try to resolve this issue:

    1. Update Outlook and Windows: Make sure both Outlook 365 and Windows Server 2022 have the latest patches and updates. Sometimes, these errors can be resolved by applying updates.
    2. Repair Outlook: Repair your Office installation using the built-in Office Repair tool. You can do this by going to Programs and Features > Control Panel, selecting Microsoft Office, then clicking Change and selecting Repair.
    3. Check add-ins: Disable any third-party add-ins that may be causing conflicts. You can do this by opening Outlook in safe mode (holding down the Ctrl key when you start Outlook) and then disabling add-ins.
    4. User profile: Sometimes, a user profile can become corrupted. Create a new Outlook profile and see if the problem persists with the new profile.

I hope the information above is helpful.

    Best Regards,

    Yanhong Liu
