cannot remote VM

cannot remote VM, even Bastion not work. Only need to rename a program file that conflict with Windows. Please help.

    Hi,

    From the screenshot provided, it looks like the VM's Operating system got corrupted. Have you attempted recovery options. Enable Safe Mode
