No access to subscription

I am an individual that uses azure VM resources periodically. I have kept my Pay-As-You-Go subscription for years. Last night, I lost access to my Pay-As-You-Go-Subscription when converting from Classic Admin to RBAC (an email from Azure said I needed to do this by 8/31/24). I would like to get my access back to the resources that were in the subscription. How can I get access back? I am the only one that had access to these resources.

    Hi Tony,

If you are having issues seeing your subscription please see:

Elevate access to manage all Azure subscriptions and management groups

As a Global Administrator in Microsoft Entra ID, you might not have access to all subscriptions and management groups in your directory. This article describes the ways that you can elevate your access to all subscriptions and management groups.
