License inquiry for Windows 10 IoT Enterprise LTSC 1809 and 21H2

I need clarification on licensing for the Windows 10 IoT LTSC 21H2 upgrade.

Currently, the PC has Windows 10 IoT Enterprise LTSC 1809.

Is the 1809 license entitling me to upgrade from Windows 10 IoT Enterprise LTSC 1809 to 21H2?

Upgrading from Windows 10 IoT Enterprise LTSC 1809 to 21H2 requires a new license.

Each LTSC release is considered a separate product, so you will need to purchase a new license for the 21H2 release.
