Conditional Access Block browser but allow Atlassian Cloud App log in via SSO

Is there a way we can use Conditional Access to block mobile browsing of Atlassian cloud but allow Atlassian Cloud App log in via SSO? Currently if we block mobile browsing we can't use Atlassian Cloud apps because App authentication needs to be done in browser.

    Thank you for your time on the call today. As per our discussion you want to block access to confluence application from mobile browser for all users.

    We discussed regarding this and using conditional access policy we can block access to confluence application from mobile browser for all users. However, as you mentioned this is not working because the application uses browser for authentication from mobile apps.

    In this case it is not possible to block the application using conditional access policy.

    The block has to be set up in the application side itself.
