Please help me with scheduling with PearsonVue for Azure Fundamentals AZ900.

Good morning.
I've been unable to schedule my AZ900 Azure Fundamentals exam on the website. I'm receiving an error message every time I try to schedule. I've spoken with PearsonVUE and they told me to reach out to Microsoft tech support. Is there something wrong on my profile that won't allow me to register?

I have two profiles set up... One with the email address of eurika.thornton@accenture.com and thatrealestateladyatl@gmail.com... Neither will allow me to register for the exam. Please help as I need to take the exam this month for work. Thanks in advance.
