Question about registry cleaner

My question is that I was launching rockstar games launcher and a problem occurred failed to fetch imp data so I reinstalled it and it closed to and started and it closed to tray(like crashing on start) I even deleted visual residributable releated to that then I deleted it with its registry keys at last I factory reset my laptop and it worked my question is that are problems like this are caused by registry cleaners.My windows 11 search bar setting search bar also not worked before reset also sign out option didn't showed on pressing win+x.Dsim and sfc commands showed that my pc working fine I also tried windows in place to place upgrade installing Intel uhd driver from manafacture websiteEven tried compatibility settings .I think i even tried more solutions i dont remember.I used ccleaner registry cleaner after uninstalling programs.Thank u for reading my question.I don't know what is the tag thing.

    Registry cleaners like CCleaner can sometimes cause issues if they remove critical registry entries. someytimes they can inadvertently delete important files or settings,making system crash.

    In your case, using a registry cleaner might have got to the issues you experienced and other system functions like the Windows search bar and sign-out option. yes DISM and sfc can help repair system files, they might not fix problems caused by deleted registry keys.

    in future i suggest, it's often better to avoid using registry cleaners.
