Two Microsoft accounts under one email for Minecraft, can't use first account.

Question

This has been an ongoing issue I've had for months, ever since I got logged out of my account for not using Minecraft for about 6 months.
I have two accounts under the same email, both made for Minecraft. My first, that I have everything on, I am completely unable to log into. Whenever I type in my information, it only takes me to my second account I don't have anything on.
How do I access this account?
