How reschedule exam when not able to give exam on date and time because of outage of server

Question

I am unable to give the exam because of outage of Microsoft so what the next process to reschedule of exam? when going to reschedule exam there is no option for that. and when schedule exam from new the ask for payment of certifications and voucher code is not working.

Please provide relevant solutions of this problem.
