Losing connection to exchange after restarting Outlook 2016

Hello,
I'm experiencing an issue where, after restarting Outlook 2016 on a client, it often fails to reconnect to the Exchange Server. However, if I close the application and wait around 10 minutes between closing and reopening Outlook, the problemt doesn't occur anymore.
The issue affect users with many additional shared calendars.
