Why is there no "Save" button in the Chat Playground?

The screenshots included in this tutorial https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/ai-studio/quickstarts/get-started-playground show a "Save" option in the Chat Playground. Is that no longer available? Is there any way to save a chat configuration (service message, data connection, etc) and access it again at a later time? This is what my Chat Playground looks like:
