Could you provide a screenshot of the error you are encountering? Have you completed all the units mentioned in the learning path module?

If you are referring to that Learning Module then you will most definitely need coding abilities to develop apps.
I would recommend building apps with Power Apps:
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/products/power-apps
Personally, it would be good to learn coding as this will further increase your ability to process logic.
