Thank you for reaching out to us on the Microsoft Q&A forum.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the lab freezing and making it difficult for you to access.
Before accessing the lab, please follow the troubleshooting steps outlined below to address the issue:
Step 1: Sign-out from all the tabs in the current browser and clear the cache files and try login again with your learn ID credentials.
Step 2: Sign-out from current browser login and try to login from an incognito window/in-private window.
Step 3: Switch to a different browser and try login again.
Step 4: Try logging in with a new personal Microsoft email account using a completely different browser. If you do not have one, create a new free Microsoft account. Please note that you need to sign in with a Microsoft account, such as Office 365 or Outlook.com, for lab access.
For a smoother experience, avoid opening other windows while the lab is running. Often, simply refreshing the page or restarting the program can resolve freezing issues.
For better outcomes and efficiency during lab work, it's suggested to avoid opening additional windows or distractions. Focusing solely on the lab task at hand without diverting attention elsewhere is recommended.
If you are still running into issues, kindly attach the screenshots of the error you are getting. We will be glad to assist you.
