According to Microsoft Advertising's documentation Display ads in your app with the Microsoft Advertising SDK, this feature is open to UWP apps, while Maui uses a WinUI3-based technology framework on the Windows platform.
Increase your revenue opportunities by putting ads in your Universal Windows Platform (UWP) app for Windows 10 or Windows 11 by using the Microsoft Advertising SDK.
For WinUI3 applications, the official SDK has not yet been launched to display ads. Therefore, you cannot integrate the Microsoft Advertising SDK in Maui.
