Issue with Missing Content in Outlook Replies on Exchange 2019

In our Exchange 2019 environment, we are encountering a problem where a portion of the email message disappears from the bottom of replies when using Outlook. This issue occurs with both internal and external replies. The missing content is also absent in the sent items and is not received by the recipients. However, this problem does not manifest when using OWA.

We are seeking assistance to resolve this issue and would appreciate any guidance on potential causes and solutions.

Based on your description, the problem only occurred in Outlook. You can check if there are any Add-ins in your Outlook. Especially some anti-virus Add-ins. Try to disable all add-ins to see if this fixes your problem. You can also run Outlook in Safe Mode instead.

Another possibility is the color of the font, sometimes the font color is the same as the background will look like the text disappeared. You can change the font color to automatic.

As you got suggestions from fellow members like to check Add-ins in your outlook, run outlook in safe mode, to create new outlook profile.

In addition to that you can check email format (HTML or Plain Text). Verify that Outlook and Exchange are updated to the latest versions.
