Recovering Authenticator Access Data

I need help; I was robbed on 24/07 and lost my phone with the authenticator. When I logged into the new device, there were no saved accounts, and I lost access to practically everything. How can I proceed?

    Thanks for your question.

    If you do not have access to the old phone, for work/school accounts will you will need to contact the administrators to help u re-register/reset those account.

    For other accounts you will need to reach out to the accounts support as they can help you re-register MFA.
